Safety Information
Our products are made out of eco-friendly PLA. Please ensure that you:
- Do not dishwash
- Clean with warm soapy water
- Do not expose to direct heat
- Do use LED candles where appropriate
Can I return my product?
We will accept returns for products damaged in transit. Please use the contact us form to get in touch.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Our items are made to order and can take 1-3 days to produce. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What are Seams?
If you are ordering a plain smooth item there will be a seam which is produced as part of the production process. Usually we create this on the back of the item so it cannot be seen. For ribbed or textured items this seam is usually invisible.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to the UK and varies by your location. Shipping is usually set at check-out.
